If you would like to contact us regarding a issue about the service you receive there are a couple methods of doing this.

  • If you are one of our customers, the easiest way is to raise a support ticket on your site, support tickets are actively monitored and tracked by management and provide not only a handy place to keep your communications to us safe, but also allow management here to monitor and step in when needed..
  • You can also contact us either by telephone or email on the lines above.

Initially your complaints would be dealt with by the first available operative, for 99% of issues this can be easily resolved. If you are still are unhappy then please ask to speak to one of the management team, who will be happy to deal with your complaint.

If the complaint is regarding a registration process you are also able to make a formal complaint about a registrar to Nominet (the .uk registry) here:

When registering a domain name with us you agree also to Nominet’s domain name registration Terms and Conditions:

Domain Renewals and Charges

We charge the agreed renewal price, based on your contract plus £5 per extra domain name which covers a 1 year period. We do not charge for cancellations, changes of registration or transfers. We will email the contact of the account with your invoice, 30 days before your renewal is due to expire to ensure you have time to decide if you would like to keep the website and domain name. Should you wish to keep the domain name, you simply need to pay the invoice within the granted time period. If you do not wish to renew please contact our team, (Contact Us). If you do not respond the domain name will not be renewed and will be suspended 30 days after the expiry date and cancelled after a further 60 day grace period. By purchasing or renewing a domain via iSware or cyberspaceman, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

Getting Support

Our support services are provided by means of email, telephone (Monday to Friday, 9 to 5) and trouble ticket. Our contact details can be found on the Contact Us Page. Should you contact us during working hours, we will respond you your queries and issues within 1 hour and will advise any lead time to as prompt a resolution as possible.

If you contact us by email or raise a trouble ticket outside of normal working hours, we will respond by the end of the first hour of normal working time and advise (as above).

Should your organisation require out of hours technical support, we will provide this at an additional charge (depending on your needs) and provide you with out of hours contact details.
